Almond ricotta cheesecake
These are a couple of things I made for Christmas. I also made some coloured sugar cookies and chocolate covered lebkuchen but forgot to take a nice photo of them. I was actually quite pleased with how they turned out. Anyway, I included a link for the cheesecake below.
In other news, I leave for Europe in a week!! So excited :)
